Indifference is better than interference
I came to the conclusion its best to be indifferent to others, than trying to change them and criticizing them.Because let be honest-few people manage to offer constructive criticism to others. People are judging in most cases.Better to not care about others, but not preventing them of living their lives and chasing their dreams.And this is far from egocentrism.You can still be following your goals, putting yourself first, without thinking the world revole around you only and being a nasty person who is deliberately ruining others`lives.If one is living and let living,it cannot be that bad or outrageous.It is to choose the less of two evils, which in general I consider to be wise strategy.

And of course, I am not saying interference is entirely bad.For example when you have kids its normal to interfere until they are mature enough to take their own decisions and can decide for themselves.However, its not accepted if your child is over 18, unless they have mental illness, which prevents them from taking good decisions or anything else for that matter, which would prevent a person over 18 to be mature enough to decide for themselves.
